I injured my back severely and had pain and tingling in my legs. Pain killers kept me going, but I had to give up riding. I saw an osteopath and a chiropractor to try to ease the pain. They were helpful, and I was able to get some short term relief, but the pain kept coming back.

Then, Dr. Cherye Roche another chiropractor, introduced orthotics to my treatment plan, and what a difference this has made! I am now able to work full time with no pain, I no longer have the back or leg pain, and I am back on a horse again without pain. The TOG insoles that Dr. Roche provided for me seem to have balanced my legs and back to take the everyday strain from the joints and muscles that were stressing my back and nerves with every step. I am so grateful to have finally found a solution to my back and leg pain. The insoles fit in all my shoes and I have them in all day, every day. It has been 5 months since I started wearing my TOG's and I feel better than ever."
