Heather is one of the country's top cyclists and triathletes. Her impressive history includes:
Triathlon:
Top 20 finishes at both European and World U23 Championships 2004, 2005.
Irish Champion 2005, Commonwealth Games Melbourne 2006 Team Triathlon.
Cycling:
Double Irish Record holder for 10 mile(21.49) and 25 mile (56.09). First Irish woman to break the hour for 25 mile, record previously held for 19 years.
Northern Ireland and Ulster time trial champion at 10 and 25 miles.
